a boneless turkey with corn bread and sausage stuffing, filled with a boneless duck with spinach and parmesano reggiano stuffing, filled with a boneless chicken
with cranberry jalapeņo stuffing,
 served with pan gravy
and cauliflower and potato au gratin, braised kale,
glazed baby carrots and turnips, and pear-apple chutney

Roasted Tenderloin of Certified Angus Beef
served with bearnaise sauce, sauteed baby turnip greens
and roasted garlic, shallot, and onion mashed potatoes

Flounder with Lobster Stuffing
served with sweet potato risotto, buttered golden beets
and a Meyer lemon beurre blanc
