a boneless turkey with corn bread and sausage stuffing, filled with a boneless duck with chestnut stuffing, filled with a boneless chicken with wild mushroom stuffing served with pan gravy and sweet potato puree,
sugar snap peas, creamed parsnips, and banana squash with a pear and cranberry sauce

Honey Glazed Fresh Ham
served with potatoes au gratin
and haricot verts almondine

Pan Seared Salmon Filet
served over a celeriac pomme puree
with sautéed spinach, leek fondue, and a Parmesan crisp
